1 General Provisions & Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck44a platform and all services operated under it. The words "ck44a", "we", "our", or "platform" refer to the entity operating this service. The words "user", "you", or "member" refer to any person who accesses this platform or uses its services.

These Terms must be read together with ck44a's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form the complete legal framework for use of the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict arising from translation or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is prohibited. In the event of a violation, the additional accounts will be closed.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at ck44a is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions via any method other than these are not accepted. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: generally 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Deposits from third-party accounts or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Use only a payment account registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ck44a offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000. However, even if you deposit ৳10,000, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000 — giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw from bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The bonus must be claimed within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If the bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any associated winnings will also be forfeited.
• ck44a reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse of a promotional offer is suspected.

5.3 VIP Program

ck44a's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, and Platinum — up to 0.8%. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier comes with additional benefits and rewards.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the ck44a platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every result is completely random and unbiased. 7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44a platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game software.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Colluding with other players to predetermine game outcomes.
• Hacking or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, ck44a may immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. Legal action will be taken where necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Platform Authority

ck44a reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If false information is provided during verification.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.
• In the case of an account that has been inactive for a long period.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time of your own accord. In that case, please contact the ck44a support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before closing the account.
